Callysra wanted nothing more than for him to trip or run into a wall, or do something stupid and painful. He'd just gone off to get her daughter in trouble. Okay, true, Arroe did deserve it, however his reasons weren't for upholding peace in Hogwarts, he just simply wanted to see Callysra angry, or embarassed.
Running after him, Callysra came to a stop at his side upon seeing Arroe along with the twins in the hallway, all laughing. She couldn't help but smile at the memories of when she was younger, however quickly let that smile slip away at the sound of Ara's angry voice from behind. Seeing her daughters eyes widen Callysra let out a soft sigh, then mentally shot profanities at Zaire. Finally after a minute Arroe had subdued her laughter enough to straighten up again, though she was still snickering. "I wish I could have seen their expressions," she said with a smile as she gazed over at her friends. But before they had a chance to reply they all heard the footsteps growing closer. Too late to run.
Zaire came around the corner, an arrogant look on his face, and right behind him; Callysra. Mom? Arroe thought in confusion. Wondering if her mother was actually trying to get her in trouble, or if she was just following Zaire.
Arroe pressed her back against the cold wall and stared ahead with wide eyes when the Headmistress's voice rang in her ears. Shit, she thought. She shot a nervous look over at the twins, but got none in return since they weren't looking her way. Feeling incredibly guilty, since they must have seen her since she was the last one to run, Arroe fidgeted slightly then said quietly, "it was me headmistress, I just told them to meet me here."

Shaking with silent laughter, Alyra nodded to Arroe. Onyxa was laughing far too hard to even give a nod. "Can...can..." she tried to get out between laughs. Breathing in and out slowly, trying to calm herself, Onyxa straightened up. "Can you imagine how...how...bad they all smell now, too?" she finally got out. They had to have taken their time in the corridor with the dungbombs, the stink would have hung on their clothes.
Their fun and laughter didn't last much longer. The sound of running footsteps was like thunder. They didn't have time to get out. At the sight of their father, then Callysra, then their mother, both twins froze where they stood.
Aramorta just stared the copper-haired girl down for a second, before taking a step closer. "Oh, that's very admirable of you, Kerea, but it's not going to work," she said in a furious hiss. "Don't try to lie to me. I would've thought you would have learned better by now," the scarlet eyes pierced into Arroe's grey ones a moment longer, before turning her gaze to look back and forth between the two pairs of blue ones. "We...we were just..." Onyxa stuttered.
"That's a good enough answer, come on, both of you. Arroe, I'll let your mother deal with you," Aramorta walked off in the direction of the entrance hall. Alyra and Onyxa still did not move. Zaire followed after his half-sister, going between the teenagers and grabbing their hands, pulling them along with him. Not pulling away, but not going easily, they stared back at Arroe with wide eyes until they were tugged around the corner and could no longer see her.

Arroe was trembling as the headmistress glared at her. Trying to catch one of the twins' eyes, she shot an apologetic glance at them then stared down at her feet, wanting to dissapear. She managed to nod once before her mother walked to her and stood beside her silently. Thankfully there was no anger radiating off her, just annoyance. Callysra sighed to herself as Arroe tried to take the blame herself so the twins wouldn't get in trouble. She would have done just the same had she been Arroe, however Aaramorta wasn't easy to lie to. Walking over to her daughters' side, she gave her shoulder a gentle nudge and watched as Zaire took each of the twins hands. Uh oh, Callysra thought. They'd be in huge trouble by Ara, she didn't have much tolerance for pranks, though she used to play a few herself.
After a quick though Callysra slipped an arm around her daughters shoulders and pulled her along lightly, deciding to follow Aaramorta and Zaire in hopes the twins wouldn't be punished too severely. "I'm sorry mom," she heard Arroe whipser as they walked slowly behind. "we'll talk later," Callysra replied softly.

Aramorta exited the castle and strode out across the lawns and past the gates, to apparate. She knew that Zaire was behind her with the twins and would apparate both of them with him, and therefore just apparated herself, not worrying about how they would get to the manor. Forming on the steps, she pulled her wand from her pocket, tapped the door and pushed it open. She waited, holding the door open, as the other three landed on the steps.
Once inside, she continued to lead Zaire and the twins, up the long staircase. Outside the double oak doors at the end of the hall, she took Alyra and Onyxa's hands from Zaire, shoving them in front of her and nodding for Zaire to wait in the other room. He nodded and she turned away, knocking on the doors before them.
The time passed quickly, for Aramorta. Not so much for the teenagers. Between one of their grandfather's famous lectures, Aramorta adding in her two cents, and the real punishment, it seemed like they were locked up in the Dark Lord's room for hours. When they were finally dismissed, nearly deaf and extremely sore, they wandered out ahead of their mother and down to the sitting room. It was quite the surprise to see Arroe and Callysra there, having thought they had stayed back at Hogwarts. Both sat down, not saying anything for a few minutes, staring at their laps.

Following close behind the unhappy family, Callysra knew they were apparating to the Manor, so she took hold of Arroe's hand and apparated with her daughter to the Riddle Manor. They landed outside the house as the door was closing behind the twins and Callysra barely was able to whip her wand out and send it flying back open so they could enter the house. She guessed neither Aramorta nor Zaire knew they were following.
Entering the familiar dim and dusty house Callysra led her daughter to the sitting room and sat lightly on one of the tattered chairs, knowing it was too late to stop a lecture, since she could already hear raised voices. In the meanwhile she turned to Arroe with crossed arms, waiting for her daughter to speak.
Sitting a few inches away from her mother, Arroe was attempting to hide behind her copper bangs, though without luck. "I'm sorry," she whispered again, though her mother just nodded. "I know that you have no choice but to give me a detention when we get back to the school..." she trailed off and sighed. She really did have it easy. Alyra and Onyxa were both getting screamed out while she might have to organize a few folders only because her mother had to punish her. "And it's okay, I want one," she added with another sigh.
Seeing her mothers surprised look Arroe wrapped her arms around herself and mumbled, "Alyra and Onyxa are in a lot more trouble than me and we all did it, I deserve to be punished too." Arroe smiled as her mother gave her a nod and an approving smile, "I'm glad honey," she said gently.
It seemed to take forever for the twins to be freed from the screaming that was easily heart throughout the house, but finally their footsteps sounded on the stairs and Arroe's head snappped up in time to see them walking in. She gave them a feeble apologetic smile then switched to a seat closer to them, peering at them warily. "Sorry," she mumbled as she laced her fingers in her lap.

The coldly high-pitched screams rang in Onyxa's ears, as if her mother and grandfather had followed them downstairs, continuing to rant. Onyxa actually took a quick look around the room, then at the doorway, to make sure Aramorta hadn't come down. No, thank god. Sighing, she looked back down at her lap, only glancing sideways at her sister through her hair every once in a while.
Both pairs of, currently, red-tinted blue eyes snapped up onto Arroe as the copper-haired girl broke the silence. "What are you apologizing for?" Alyra questioned, much more rudely than intended. "It was my idea, so just quit it, Arroe! Stop trying to take the blame, stop apologizing, stop...just...STOP!" Onyxa growled, before letting her gaze drop again, bowing her head so that her green, blue and teal bangs covered her face. She glared at the branding on her arm, scratching at it, as if it would come off if she did. She chewed at her lip for a second, before adding, "That hypocritical bitch is the only one that owes an apology."

Arroe jumped and flinched in surprise at Alyra's reaction and the tone of her voice. Digging her nails into her palm she whispered in reply, "because they saw me, not you, but fine whatever." Standing up slowly Arroe shot a glance over at her mother then looked over both of the twins with a mix of guilt and unease. "Do you want to just meet me at school later?" she asked quietly, unsure if they were angry at her or not.
